Standard delivery is 5–7 business days within the US. International orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Once your order ships from our Pittsburgh warehouse, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track it directly through the carrier's website or by contacting Sarah at orders@repeatingcrossbow.com.
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in original condition. Contact us and we'll arrange collection — no awkward questions asked if the weapon simply isn't right for you.
Yes — we ship to 42+ countries with full insurance cover. Shipping costs and estimated times are calculated at checkout. If your country isn't listed, contact us and we'll do our best to arrange delivery.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at orders@repeatingcrossbow.com or call our Pittsburgh line — Sarah monitors it throughout the business day.
All our crossbows carry a lifetime mechanism warranty. If the lever, magazine channel, trigger, or string fails under normal use at any point, we repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Absolutely — both studios welcome visitors by appointment. Pittsburgh is our primary workshop where you can see crossbows being built. Philadelphia focuses on design and engineering. Contact us to arrange a time.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and bank transfer for large orders. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
